There are several computations that we can check to see the soundness of the financial statement of the company.
Companies are required by the SEC to submit financial report for the shareholders to view. They are available to shareholders for viewing.
Noteworthy to note are measure of liquidity, measure of debt, profit, operating performance, cashflow and the value of the price of company stocks per share.
